Hi! Welcome to my Commission Terms of Service document.
Please read the terms carefully:

1. GENERAL TERMS

If you're chosen, you'll get a confirmation and be added to the queue.
I’ll contact you when I’m ready to start.
I have the right to decline any order I’m not comfortable with.

Your commission may appear on my social media, portfolio, or price list.
I might post work-in-progress, stream, or post the final piece online.
All commissions may include a small, subtle signature that can’t be removed.

*If you, e.g., do not want me to post your art anywhere, we can discuss this.

Transparency:
Your full name and address will be provided to me by PayPal.
This info will remain private and only used for legal purposes (like invoices).

2. PROCESS AND DELIVERY

The time to finish your commission depends on the type you chose, my work schedule, and the complexity. I’ll notify you if anything delays the delivery.

Deadline: If you need the commission by a specific date, let me know. We can discuss a Rush Fee if needed.

I’ll check in with you during the process to make sure everything is going as you want. You’ll get work-in-progress updates with watermarks and smaller sizes.

Once finished, you’ll receive:

  • 1 full-resolution image

  • 1 web-friendly size

  • 1 turntable video

  • OBJ file format

Note: Extra renders cost more, and there are no physical products.

3. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

I want to make sure you're happy with your commission! If there’s an issue, tell me right away and we’ll find a solution.

You get 3 rounds of changes included. After that, additional changes will cost extra, unless I made a mistake. If the reference was unclear, changes may also have an additional charge.

4. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY

I, Trystan T. (the artist), hold the rights to the artwork. I can use and promote it however I like (social media, portfolio, etc.).

You can:

  • Use the commission for personal purposes only

  • Share it on social media or forums

  • Use it for Vtubing, VRChat, or self-promotion

You are not forced to give me credit when you post it but it is very appreciated.

You cannot:

  • Use the artwork commercially

  • Resell or redistribute it

  • Remove my signature or claim it as your own

  • Alter it without my permission

Additional Informations:
If you want to modify the model by other artist (rigging, re-texturing, etc.), ask me first. They must also follow these terms.

Breaking these rules means you lose rights to the artwork, and I may profit from it however I choose.

5. PAYMENT

Prices may change based on demand. Payments are in USD via PayPal.
The payment is split into 75% upfront and the remaining 25% + any extra fees after the work is done.

Important: Don’t send payment until I confirm your slot.

6. REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY

No refunds once I start working.
If I can’t start your commission, you’ll get a full refund.
If you cancel before I start, you’ll also get a refund.

If you ask for a refund, don’t file a PayPal chargeback. I will handle the refund myself.

WARNING: If you file a chargeback without permission, you lose all rights to the artwork, and I’ll provide proof to PayPal. You’ll also be banned from commissioning me again.
