Please read the terms carefully:

1. GENERAL TERMS

  • If your request is accepted, you’ll be added to my queue and contacted when I’m ready to start.

  • I reserve the right to decline any commission.

  • I may post your commission (including WIPs) on my social media, portfolio, or streams. If you prefer your piece to stay private, let me know and we can discuss it.

  • All artworks include a small, non-removable signature.

Transparency:
Your name and address (via PayPal) remain confidential and are only used for invoices/legal purposes.

2. PROCESS & DELIVERY

  • Turnaround time depends on complexity and my schedule. I’ll inform you of any delays.

  • Need it by a specific date? A rush fee may apply.

  • You’ll receive WIP updates (watermarked) during the process.

Final delivery includes:

png / jpeg512x512 pngweb-friendly render + OBJ file

*Extra renders cost additional fees. No physical items are included.

3. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

I want to make sure you're happy with your commission! If there’s an issue, tell me right away and we’ll find a solution.

  • 3 rounds of revisions are included.

  • Extra changes may incur fees unless the mistake is mine.

  • Unclear references may also lead to additional charges.

4. Usage Rights

I, (the artist), retain full copyright of the artwork.

You may:

  • Use it for personal purposes

  • Share it online

  • Use it for VTubing, VRChat, or self-promotion

*Credit is appreciated but not required.

You may not:

  • Use it commercially

  • Resell or redistribute it

  • Remove my signature or claim it as your own

  • Edit it without permission

Additional Informations:
If another artist will modify the model (rigging, texturing, etc.), please ask first—they must follow these terms.

*Violation of these terms results in loss of usage rights.

5. PAYMENT

  • Prices are in CAD via PayPal and may change.

  • Payment is split: 75% upfront / 25% upon completion (+ extras).

  • Please wait for confirmation before sending payment.

6. REFUND & CANCELLATION

  • Full refund if I have not started your commission.

  • Once work has started, refunds are partial and based on progress.

  • No refunds will be given for completed or near-completed work.

  • If I cannot complete your commission, you will receive a full or partial refund depending on progress.

Important: Please do not file PayPal chargebacks—I will handle refunds directly.
Unauthorized chargebacks will result in loss of rights and a blacklist from future commissions.
